Karen Gnat is a trusted wellness expert with 20 years experience in the health and wellness industry. She has been working with the connection of mind and body since her late teens. Karen has learnt and grown her business through a commitment and dedication to her clients and her ever-expanding education. Her focus has always been promoting health and wellness through self care of the mind and body. She is a certified yoga teacher for adults, teens, kids and for prenatal. She is trained in trauma awareness and mindfulness. Karen is a vitamin expert as well as a nutritionist. Her expertise is mental health, trauma, working with teens and adults. Over the years she has run corporate cooking events, thousands of yoga classes as well as helping individuals and families set achievable goals. After five years of study Karen recently became a Registered Psychotherapist in order to help serve her clients from another perspective.
