Offerings.

  • Yoga .

Many of us have experienced or heard that yoga can develop strength, flexibility, present moment awareness and more. Karen’s core teaching philosophy is to create a safe, inclusive space, which allows students to move within their personal boundaries in order to nourish their own body, mind, and spirit. Karen’s central yoga practice is inspiring her students through vinyasa and yin styles, spotlighting mindfulness, philosophy, strength building and more.

  • Nutrition.

Karen is a registered nutritionist who empowers her clients to create healthy relationships with food, to eat foods that nourish our individual bodies and create easy ways to enjoy food and time in the kitchen. Karen guides clients to heal their relationship with food from a compassionate understanding that the same thing doesn’t work for every person. Karen’s core nutrition philosophy is to eat whole foods and have fun. Beyond that, each client is unique and Karen tailors her programs to the individual, whether it is meal planning, regulating health conditions or providing one to one counseling.

  • Workshops

Over the past 15 years Karen has worked at and run numerous events throughout Ontario. Karen’s knowledge of yoga and nutrition has allowed her to lead a wide range of events such as corporate lunch and learns with nutrition, mindfulness and yoga, meal-planning workshops, kids cooking classes, Grateful Dead yoga classes and anxiety and stress management workshops. As well Karen is very involved as a volunteer in the community running events to help provide access for wellness to a broad range of communities.
