Mindful Movement Series #1

Introduction to Mindfulness and understanding your personal stress response

Overview:

An exploratory program to uncover the benefits and tools of mindfulness in order to understand and create a peaceful internal balance.

This series will provide an introduction to understanding and utilizing the following tools: mindfulness, the window of tolerance, mindful gauges and anchors.

What you will receive: 

1.     4 weekly sessions comprising of:

  • 10 minute mindfulness practice

  • 15 minute classroom information session based on the series

  • 50 minute themed yoga class in line with each week’s theme

2.    Included weekly takeaways:

  • A recording of the session (in case you were not able to attend or want to rewatch)

  • 2 mindfulness recorded practices each week (one we will have practiced together in class, the other will be new)

  • 10 min recorded home yoga practice based on the theme of the week

  • slides from the classroom sessions each week

  • creative prompts to use throughout your week in order to embody and install the practices. 

3.     Optional: Book a free A 15-minute private session (phone or video) during the series for personal questions and modifications
